These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTS") apply in addition, with respect to Buyers, to the Buyer T&Cs and, with respect to Sellers, to the Seller T&Cs, in which the terms are defined. capital letters used in these T&Cs.

The PARLAPICA SAS Company represented by Caroline Giacalone Reimann alias AnneR (hereinafter indistinctly referred to as "the Seller") acts as Seller of the Products purchased through the Service. 7) In the event of confirmation of the availability of the product(s) by the seller, the subsequent condition attached to the sales contract concluded between the buyer and the seller is lifted; the seller makes a firm commitment to deliver the products or to make them available at the point of sale within the specified period.
In the absence of confirmation of the availability of the product(s) within the period referred to in point 5), the contract concluded between the buyer and the seller is automatically resolved and each of the parties is released from their obligations. 2. Price and payment
The purchase price of the product is set by the seller. 4. Mode and shipping costs
The buyer has the possibility of having the work delivered to his home by notifying it when placing his order. The work is delivered to the address provided by the buyer when ordering. In case of return of the work by the buyer, the seller will reimburse the buyer for the price of the work, the shipping costs and the return costs.
The seller will organize the return if necessary.
7. Personal data

8. Partial nullity
